LOS ANGELES, June 17 — Jamie Foxx and Ansel Elgort dropped by the sets of The Late Late Show to promote their movie Baby Driver, so naturally James Corden got them to participate in an epic “Riff-off”.
Corden pretended to start a segment about dogs in sunglasses before Foxx, who was seated in the audience, challenged him to a riff-off instead.
Accepting the challenge, Corden kicked it off with Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic while Foxx performed Stevie Wonder’s For Once in My Life.
For the next round, they performed songs from Baby Driver which included James Brown’s I Got the Feeling and Gwen Stefani’s Hollaback Girl.
Ansel Elgort joined the duo on stage and stole the show with an incredible cover of The Commodores’ Easy.
In the end, the three came together to perform a favourite classic Ain’t No Mountain High Enough. Check out the video to see their singing chops.
