KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 22 — The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has recorded statements from four tourism ministry staff to facilitate investigations into a ministry official holding the honorific title, ‘Datuk Seri’ linked to abuse of power.
According to sources, the MACC raided the office of the ministry since Tuesday to gather evidence.
It had also recorded a statement of a tourism company secretary in connection with the investigations.
