MAHB Managing Director Datuk Badlisham Ghazali said the KUL VIP Access, which was provided through the airport-airline collaboration, served as the umbrella brand promoting and combining existing services offered, and marketing them under one service.

“Previously, different operators offered different services, making it complicated for passengers to enjoy a truly seamless journey,” he said after the launch of the new service by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Zahid Hamidi here today.

Passengers travelling via Malaysia Airlines, Malindo Air and AirAsia could gain access to the KUL VIP Access service, he said.

For a fee ranging from RM200 to RM800, he said the KUL VIP Access would provide end-to-gate service to passengers, incorporating limousine service, shopping and dining exclusive deals, as well as escort, buggy and fast-track services. — Bernama
