Well, think again as there are reports that Depp is now withholding the divorce settlement payment after Heard spoke out about domestic violence recently.

Depp is reportedly stalling the payment as he claims the terms of their split has been violated. According to Daily Mail, Depp is furious that Heard has seemingly broken the terms of the settlement by speaking out against domestic violence for the December issue of fashion magazine Porter.

Heard’s lawyers meanwhile have filed paperwork claiming that Depp missed a payment last month and is dragging his feet on signing the final judgment.

Heard also reportedly added in her filing that Depp has failed to transfer the title of a Range Rover and give her access to his properties to retrieve personal property.

Heard filed for divorce in May after she accused Depp of being physically and verbally abusive. The actress announced in August that she planned to give the full US$7 million (RM31 million) divorce settlement to two charities.
