LOS ANGELES, May 11 — Netflix has released an official trailer for season four of its series Orange Is the New Black.

The new season debuts on June 17.

After a one-season renewal last year, Netflix renewed the series for three additional seasons in February, and executive producer Jenji Kohan said she would stay at the helm of the show for seasons five through seven.

One development that will add to the tension in the new episodes is a new group of inmates moving into Litchfield Penitentiary.

At the end of season three, prison beds were converted to two-level bunkbeds in order to increase capacity of the prison.

In the trailer, those bunkbeds are seen again, as are new inmates arriving.

“It’s sardine time,” notes Elizabeth Rodriguez’s character, Aleida Diaz.

“We’re a for-profit prison now.” — AFP-Relaxnews
