The movie, adapted from Ransom Riggs’ 2011 novel of the same name, is set to arrive in cinemas from September 30, 2016.

Eva Green stars as Miss Peregrine, with Asa Butterfield, Ella Purnell, Judi Dench, Terence Stamp and Samuel L. Jackson also cast.

“This feeling of people who are branded peculiar or different,” Burton says “that’s a feeling that I recall very strongly.”

“It’s refreshing that a movie says ‘Embrace your uniqueness’,” adds Green, with other cast members also attesting to the Burton-esque nature of the production. — AFP-Relaxnews
