Woo received support and endorsement from FINAS to shoot the film, which features several local artistes such as Iedil Putra, previously seen in ‘Terbaik dari Langit’ and ‘Another Country’ and Jasmine Chin.

“It is my desire to showcase a part of my country to the world, a part that many of us may have already forgotten,” Woo said.

Woo is no stranger to critically acclaimed film festivals, as he is the first Malaysian director to have his films screened in the Cannes, Berlin and Venice International Film Festivals.
