Fans desperate to watch the crooner perform live are turning to ticket scalpers to acquire tickets, with a check on marketplace site Viagogo revealing tickets to the concert are being resold in excess of RM1,000 each.

Original tickets are priced at RM198, RM298, RM358 and RM458.    

PR Worldwide has since issued a statement on its Facebook page warning against resale of tickets, with the company saying that it would seize and cancel tickets found to be have been unlawfully resold.

Sheeran is slated to perform at the Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil on November 14 as part of his worldwide ÷ (Divide) Tour.
