KOTA BARU, Dec 17 — The 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M) is an essential requirement to ease the financial burden of those in the B40 category in Kelantan, said director of the Institute for Poverty Research and Management (InsPek), Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), Associate Professor Dr Wan Ahmad Amir Zal Wan Ismail.
