A look at some of the stars of this week's haute couture making waves at the shows and on Instagram.

Millennial model of the moment Bella Hadid's moves were widely followed this week. Her most notable runway appearances were at the Fendi, Alexandre Vauthier and Maison Martin Margiela shows. Hadid was bestowed the honor of opening and closing what she termed a 'beautiful and powerful' show at Alexandre Vauthier on Tuesday. Bella kicked off the show in sheer haute couture that left little to the imagination. For her second runway take, she wore an equally flashbulb-friendly 1970s disco-inspired gown, finished with a trailing black sash.

Later at Margiela Bella had a very different look: John Galliano, who she calls one of her fashion idols, sent her down the runway sporting damp hair and a glam red, bejeweled pout courtesy of Pat McGrath. Hadid called the experience of working with Galliano “a dream come true.”

Meanwhile veteran supermodel Naomi Campbell returned to the Azzedine Alaïa runway. The catwalk star posted video proof of her stint on Instagram, declaring “unconditional love” for the couturier in a separate post with a string of emojis, posting “it's always an honour to walk for you.” Fashion's most rebellious model has come a long way since her first runway date with the designer back in 1986.

Miss Universe Iris Mittenaere was Jean Paul Gaultier's leading lady. The French model enticed the crowd with her femme fatale beauty at the French designer's haute couture catwalk show on Wednesday, posting how honored she felt to join the world's biggest models at the event.

New face of Emilio Pucci's Fall 17-18 campaign and Zadig & Voltaire fragrance muse Joséphine Le Tutour stole the show at Elie Saab. The model who said walking for Saab made her feel “like a queen,” looked stunning as she channelled the Lebanese designer's warrior maiden chic to perfection, in a crimson velvet-trimmed red gown and medieval stone-set headband and drop earrings. ― AFP-Relaxnews
